how long does your candle burn for?
Burn times are based on our testing. Each 150g candle burn up to 30 hours. That depends on the conditions your candle is in, you may notice some slight variation to our testing.
what are the ingredients?
We make our candles with NZ beeswax from local beekeepers, coconut oil and fragrance oils. We want to provide a more sustainable solution to your candle experience, and beeswax and coconut are the most natural without much man-made processing.
are the fragrances strong in your products?
Our candles are designed to gently enhance your environment for some much-needed 'me time,' offering a delicate yet distinct presence that never overpowers.
how many times can the jar be reused?
Our customised jars are made of borosilicate glass which is more resilient than regular candle jars on the market and can withstand heat up to 170C. This allows you to reuse your jars over 100 times.
what type of fragrance oils do you use?
We use both natural and synthetic fragrances in our scented candles. Our scents are free of phthalates and parabens.

are your candles pet friendly?
Absolutely! Our beeswax and coconut oil candles are natural, clean-burning, and pet-friendly. However, we still recommend keeping them out of reach of pets, as they involve an open flame.

do I need to trim the wick of my introvert candle?
YES! To get a smooth and even burn every time, keep your wick trimmed between 3mm – 5mm and remove any wick debris before lighting your candle.
You can 'cut' the burnt wick using your nails and a tissue, or trim it using a wick trimmer.

what rules should I follow to ensure safe candle burning?
Open flames require caution, so be sure to place your candle away from draughts, other heat sources and anything flammable. Keep the candles well out of the reach of your little ones or pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended and always extinguish the flame and allow the candle wax to cool completely before moving it.
Please note that candles are not intended to be burned for more than four hours at a time, refill your candle when there is only 1cm of wax remaining.
